Instead, we connect customers with third-party pest control companies based on the customers’ requirements and preferences. These companies offer various pest control services, including but not limited to:

- Termite Control Services
- Cockroach Control Services
- Bed Bug Control Services
- Lizard Control Services
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Pest Control
- Residential Pest Control Services
- Commercial Pest Control Services
- Home Cleaning Services
- Office Cleaning Services
- Sanitization and Disinfection Services
Customers are required to fill out a service request form on our Website, and we match them with the most suitable pest control company based on their location and service needs.
Important Notice:
- GPC does not employ pest control technicians or operate as a pest control company.
- GPC acts solely as a booking intermediary between customers and independent third-party pest control companies.
- Pest control companies listed on the platform are responsible for delivering the service to the customer. GPC is not liable for the performance, quality, or outcomes of the pest control services provided by these companies.
2. User Responsibilities
By using the GPC platform, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when filling out the service request form. Any misleading or false information may affect your booking and lead to complications in obtaining the desired services.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By submitting a service request, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement and use the platform.
- Non-Commercial Use: The services provided through our platform are strictly for personal or commercial use of the customer requesting the service. Unauthorized commercial use of the platform without permission is prohibited.
- Timely Communication: You agree to respond promptly to any communications from GPC or the pest control company after booking a service. This ensures smooth coordination for inspections, service scheduling, and post-service follow-ups.
- Payments: Customers agree to pay for the services provided by the pest control company directly to the service provider as per the quote finalized during the free inspection. GPC does not handle payments between customers and pest control companies.
3. GPC’s Role as an Intermediary
GPC is a booking platform that facilitates connections between customers and pest control companies. While we strive to ensure the best match and highest quality of services, GPC does not guarantee:
- The availability of pest control services in every location.
- The accuracy of the service provider’s certifications, licenses, or qualifications.
- The final cost of the pest control services. The pest control company will provide an exact quote after conducting an on-site inspection.
- The outcome or success of the pest control services.
Liability Limitation: GPC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your engagement with the third-party pest control companies.
4. Booking Process and Free Inspection
When a customer submits a request through the GPC platform, the following process ensues:
- Request Submission: The customer fills out an online form providing relevant details about the pest control service required.
- Matching with Pest Control Companies: Based on the information provided, GPC matches the customer with suitable pest control companies in the local area.
- Free Inspection: The pest control company selected by the customer will conduct a free on-site inspection. This inspection helps the service provider assess the severity of the pest issue, the appropriate treatment, and the total cost.
- Final Quote: After the inspection, the pest control company will provide the customer with a final quote. The customer can accept or reject the quote.
Please note that GPC is not involved in the on-site inspections or in setting the final price for services. The agreement for the service, including pricing, scope, and terms, is strictly between the customer and the pest control company.
5. Service Agreement Between Customers and Pest Control Companies
The agreement for pest control services is made directly between the customer and the pest control company. Once the inspection is complete and the quote is accepted by the customer, the pest control company will proceed to deliver the service.

- The customer and the pest control company will agree upon the timing and execution of the service.
- GPC does not provide any warranty or guarantee for the services offered by the pest control companies.
- Any disputes regarding service quality, pricing, or performance must be resolved between the customer and the pest control company.
6. Service Provider Responsibilities
Pest control companies listed on the GPC platform are independent entities responsible for:
- Providing pest control services according to the agreement made with the customer.
- Conducting free inspections and offering accurate quotes.
- Ensuring that all pest control technicians are qualified, licensed, and certified to provide the services.
- Providing safe, effective, and environmentally responsible pest control treatments in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Handling customer complaints, disputes, or refund requests.
GPC cannot guarantee the performance of any specific pest control company, and customers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers have the right to cancel or reschedule their service booking before the service has commenced. However, any cancellation or rescheduling policies are governed by the pest control company. Customers are advised to discuss and clarify these policies with the service provider directly.
GPC is not responsible for any fees, charges, or losses that may result from cancellations or rescheduling initiated by the customer or the pest control company.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between the customer and the pest control company, GPC will attempt to facilitate communication and mediation. However, GPC does not assume responsibility for resolving the dispute and is not liable for any outcomes. Disputes must be settled directly between the customer and the pest control service provider.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GPC shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or the services provided by pest control companies.
Specifically, GPC is not liable for:
